William K. Hall is the co-founder and chairman of Procyon Technologies, an aerospace and defense manufacturing corporation in Downer’s Grove, IL.

He has served as a member of Stericycle’s Compensation Committee since 2006, and also serves on the board of directors for numerous other companies across America.
