Jack Schuler is a co-founder of CrabTree Partners, a private investment firm in Lake Forest, Illinois.

 He is the top individual shareholder (and beneficiary) of Stericycle stock, even above President Mark Miller.  He served as chairman of Stericycle’s Board of Directors from 1990 through 2008, until he was named lead director.  He also currently serves as Chairman of Stericycle’s Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of Stericycle’s Audit Committee. Schuler additionally serves on the Board of Directors for other health-related companies.
